The perfect blend of traditional and contemporary.

The colisée finish adds a touch of originality and charm to this structure, while breaking the monotony of the façade. Terracotta, chosen for its sobriety, creates an elegant contrast on this imposing building, perfectly blending the traditional and the modern. The sleek, elegant facade reveals the timeless beauty of terracotta, while taking a resolutely contemporary approach. A perfect balance between refinement and modernity.

It's a powerful building in a changing sector. A strong urban element that will be immediately identified by its white color, while remaining extremely sober thanks to the choice of terracotta. Like the head office, the two apartment buildings will feature MontBlanc Colisée nameplates on their facades. We imagined two distinct programs whose cohesion is ensured by identical materials and a subtle dialogue between the two entities.
